Pacific Seed Bank sells cannabis seeds exclusively as collectible genetic preservation souvenirs. We dispatch all products on the condition that they will not be used in conflict with applicable local law. For this reason, Pacific Seed Bank accepts no responsibility for products intercepted, seized, or lost in transit if an order has been placed for delivery to a jurisdiction where possession of cannabis seeds is prohibited. What is permitted in British Columbia may be restricted in Manitoba. What applies in Ontario differs from what applies in Nunavut.

The relationship between you (the user) and Pacific Seed Bank (the provider) is governed by the applicable laws in force in Canada, including the Cannabis Act. In the event of a dispute, the parties may submit their differences to the ordinary courts in accordance with the applicable rules of the relevant jurisdiction. Regional laws dictating ownership, use, cultivation, and reciprocity will vary by province and territory. Consider the following provincial highlights as a starting point — not legal advice:

• British Columbia: Adults 19+ may cultivate up to 4 plants per household for personal use.
• Ontario: Home cultivation of up to 4 plants per residence is permitted for adults 19+.
• Quebec: Home cultivation is prohibited regardless of age.
• Manitoba: Home cultivation is also prohibited under provincial legislation.
• Alberta, Saskatchewan, and the Atlantic provinces: Follow federal minimums permitting up to 4 plants per household for adults 18 or 19+, depending on the province.
• Territories: Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon each maintain their own frameworks; verify current rules with your territorial authority.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to know what is and is not permitted when it comes to cannabis seed possession and cultivation in their area. Pacific Seed Bank is not responsible for shipments that have been seized or intercepted during delivery by customs in countries or areas where cannabis seed possession is considered illegal. Pacific Seed Bank reserves the right to refuse any sale if we suspect a customer intends to germinate, plant, or harvest our products in a country or region where such activities are prohibited by law.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We want every order to land exactly as expected — the right genetics, the right packaging, the right condition.

To give you complete peace of mind when shopping with us, we guarantee to refund any item you are not totally satisfied with, provided it is returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please review that policy carefully before initiating any return, as it sets out the specific steps, timeframes, and conditions that must be met.

Before submitting your order, double-check that your delivery address is correct and completed in full. This is a small step that prevents significant frustration down the road. If your order is not returned to us, is lost in transit, or is seized for any reason — and your delivery address was entered incorrectly — we take no responsibility and will not be able to re-send the order free of charge under any circumstances.

An address error is not covered by our shipping policy. Please review your shipping details on the order confirmation screen before finalising your purchase.

Damaged & Faulty Goods

Seed integrity matters as much as genetics. A Blue Dream with exceptional terpene potential is only valuable if it arrives in perfect condition.

Pacific Seed Bank takes every precaution to ensure products are inspected individually and packed safely before they leave our facilities. Our seed packaging has a tensile strength of 30–50 MPa, allowing it to withstand a minimum of 1,000 lbs of crushing force. In the vast majority of cases, it is not physically possible for seeds to be damaged during standard shipping or transit. Damage would require extreme mishandling — being run over by a forklift, for instance.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty or damaged, here is the process to follow:

1. Inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt.
2. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue and initiate a return.
3. Return the damaged goods in accordance with our returns policy, using the instructions provided by our customer service team.
4. Once we receive your return, your replacement products will be shipped — or your payment will be refunded — within 14 days.

Claims made after the 7-day window, or without following the return procedure outlined above, may not be eligible for replacement or refund. When in doubt, reach out early.
